Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Sales Strategist to develop and execute sales plans to drive membership growth, increase retention, and maximize revenue at our gym. The ideal candidate understands fitness consumer behavior and can optimize sales funnels accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Analyze member trends and behavior to optimize pricing, promotions, and offers
• Create B2C and B2B partnership plans (e.g., with corporates, schools, etc.)
• Lead membership campaigns (online offline) and track performance
• Work closely with trainers and front-desk teams to align messaging and upselling strategies
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research regularly
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in gyms or wellness brands
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Excel
• Passion for fitness and healthy living is a plus
