The contribution you will bring to this role:

The individual will be responsible for the EMEA regional sales management, including sales performance of the business, managing a sales team, and commercial execution and customer service (and its technology). Working directly for this position will be the Regional Sales Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth that exceeds market growth rates through strategic initiatives and effective sales leadership of the commercial team including sales and customer service. The main focus will be on achieving growth and maximizing share with distributors. The ideal candidate will be a sales transformation leader with a proven ability to identify opportunities for business growth and implement measurable improvements with a strong focus on commercial strategy and execution.

In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director EMEA APAC, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What you will do at Justrite:

Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive business sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance and direction with cross-functional teams to define strategic sales initiatives and prioritize resource allocation to achieve business growth and profitability. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as needed. Provide strong leadership to the commercial team, setting clear objectives and expectations, and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, including reaching relevant vertical and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Develop a best-in-class process for distributor management resulting in share growth, and cross-selling. Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors, reps, and other business partners to optimize terms and conditions.
Develop and propose annual sales growth plans for the European region, ensuring alignment with strategy. Schedule key activities/projects to increase market share, ensuring integration with other elements of the organization. Manage sales budget plans.
Manage and report on performance within the sales department; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
Your skills and expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or study, business degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce and statistical analysis software.
Over 10 years of proven success selling solution-based sales to B2B and distributor clients, with over half of this in sales management and leadership positions. Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Experience building and managing sales teams, deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of the sales process, experience in implementing and managing a metrics-based sales organization.
Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a faced-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to travel at 40% or greater.
