LEADSTONE is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers
To perform this job successfully, the individual should be able to do the following
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills through phone and email
Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Bililingual Preferred, Spanish/Chinese
Additionally job description:
Identify prospective clients and develop relationships with potential customers such as kitchen bath design stores and granite stone fabricator.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Manage displays, samples and selling tools for customer availability.
Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information.
Investigates and resolves customer claims/problems.
Gather market intelligence and provide data to General Manager.
Ensure all new customers are set up appropriately according to marketing and sales standards in CRM System. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
