Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales MIS Coordinator to support the Sales and Operations teams. This role involves generating and managing MIS reports, coordinating sales reviews, updating CRM systems, assisting in proposal creation, and handling client invoicing and payment tracking. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS Reporting Management Support
Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for internal teams and management.
Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights.
Present reports to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis with clear summaries and highlights.
2. Sales Coordination
Track and update sales leads in the CRM software.
Schedule and run weekly/monthly sales review meetings, ensuring action points and updates are accurately recorded.
Maintain and follow up on sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
3. Proposal Documentation Support
Assist in the creation and formatting of business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ensure proposal documents are accurate, visually appealing, and submitted on time.
4. Invoicing Payment Follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams to raise client invoices on time.
Upload invoices and required documentation on client portals.
Follow up with clients for POs, payment advice, and pending invoices.
Maintain a tracker of all outstanding payments and ensure timely escalations as needed.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in commerce, business administration, or similar.
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, MIS reporting, or operations support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and external clients.
