Are you someone who loves the hustle of marketing, enjoys creating content that converts, and knows how to turn a cold lead into a warm conversation? We'd love to meet you!
We're looking for a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing team. You'll own our digital presence, fuel our lead pipeline, and support our business development efforts โ with occasional assistance to HR operations when needed.

๐ฃ Sales & Marketing (Primary)
โข Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
โข Shoot and edit short-form marketing videos and Reels
โข Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn and digital outreach channels
โข Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends
โข Support sales outreach and maintain up-to-date lead databases
๐ค HR Operations Support (Secondary / As Needed)
โข Assist with day-to-day HR coordination when the HR team needs support
โข Help with onboarding/offboarding processes during high-volume periods
โข Contribute to organizing internal engagement activities

โ Understanding of marketing fundamentals, social media, and lead generation
โ Hands-on experience with content/video creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
โ Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and major social platforms
โ Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail
โ Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
