Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Otium by The Oterra- Goa, located in Panaji with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. Daily tasks include identifying market trends, managing the marketing team, coordinating with external agencies, conducting market research, and monitoring sales performance. Additionally, the manager will be involved in creating compelling promotional content, organizing marketing events, and maintaining a strong online presence for the brand.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
• Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Ability to create and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
