Job Title: Sales Manager/Sales Head/Business Head
Role Overview:
· Produce results in expansion of distribution and availability of the consumer packs for the packaged rice brand.
· Ensure meeting of sales and growth targets.
· Enable development of result oriented team and entrench the sales and distribution process.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
· Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Required Skills:
· 15 to 20 years of Sales and Channel management experience in FMCG/ Food grains (atta/rice/staples) or Food Company of repute.
· Ability to manage and mentor team with proven skill set at problem solving and result orientation.
· Strong exposure to eastern region markets including Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar and Odisha is a must.
