Billing Executive

Maintaining inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system

- Generating various reports as required and timely submission of the same

- Processing orders by invoicing against purchase orders of the respective customers

- Organizing the dispatch and delivery of stocks in coordination with the courier agency

- Timely dispatch of products as per requirements

- Ensuring proper care and safety of the stocks storage

- Communicating via mails and telephone to the customers as and when needed for various aspects.

- Timely payments follow ups from customers.

- Handling Customer Service

- Maintaining proper documentation as per regulations

* Candidate with BPharm Graduate will be additional benefit.

Salary: ₹8,845.78 - ₹30,000.15 per month
