Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, channel partners, digital platforms, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize project sales.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
45 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
