- Lead and manage a team of acquisition managers to achieve sales targets and generate business collectively.

- Source customers for Personal Loans through branches, partners, and various assigned channels.
- Engage with customers to identify business opportunities and generate revenue for the Bank.
- Collaborate with branch teams, ADMs, and partners to drive Personal Loan sales.
- Ensure accurate and compliant processing of loan applications as per Bank policies.
- Address customer queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned geography.
