• Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager – Leasing & Sales
• Location: Mumbai
• Work Mode: On-site
• Experience: 5–8 years
• Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Real Estate preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive leasing and sales of commercial properties including office spaces, retail outlets, business parks, and mixed-use developments.
• Generate business opportunities through corporate outreach, channel partners, brokers, and direct client acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify demand trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive insights.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, investors, developers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, lease agreements, and sales contracts to maximize business value.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reviews.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless transaction execution.
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings to generate leads.
KPI
• Revenue generated through leasing and sales transactions.
• Commercial space occupancy and leasing closure rate.
• New client acquisition and business development.
• Conversion ratio from leads to closures.
• Average transaction value and profitability.

Skills & Competencies
Must Have:
