Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
What are we looking for :
- We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jr’s classes that our customers have
grown to rely on.
- You will utilize your skills to work on the leads shared, build a strong relationship with
customers and close deals.
- You will be required to call and confirm the appointment and visit the customers at their
residences to conduct a Home Demo/ Presentation, engage and enrol the students for our
programs.
- Quick learner with strong negotiation skills
- Should be a graduate
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with 1-10 years of experience
- Open to travel extensively within the city for conducting Home Demos
(Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.)
Working days: 5 working days with 2 days-off which will be between Mon-Fri
Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after + AM and shift end hour before 10 PM
Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi/Local language
Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed
Vehicle: 2 wheeler mandatory for business travel purposes (Travel allowance as per policy
