We are hiring for Sales Head for Reputed Private Residential Real Estate Company in HoshangabadWe are looking for talented self-driven individuals to handle the sales, operations and marketing of its real estate residential projects in Hoshangabad.Salary: 40K 50K per month (Negotiable for right candidate)Real Estate Experience: 3-10 yearsEducational Qualification: Any GraduateJob Description-• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.• Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.• Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.• Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.• The candidate should be well versed with Real estate laws and regulations, RERA compliances, etc.• Post-sales coordination with the clients, registry coordination, loan process, etc.• Capable of handling team size of 10-12 members.Interested candidates can mail their resumes on or call us on 738+326447
