Led and managed the national sales function to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across multiple regions. Developed and executed strategic sales plans aligned with business goals, identified new business opportunities, and expanded the customer and distribution network. Managed key accounts and built strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and major clients to drive long-term business growth. Monitored sales performance, analysed market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective sales strategies. Prepared sales forecasts, managed budgets, and ensured achievement of sales targets while maintaining profitability. Recruited, trained, mentored, and evaluated regional sales teams to improve productivity and performance. Collaborated closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure successful product launches, promotional campaigns, and seamless customer service. Negotiated commercial agreements, resolved customer issues, ensured compliance with company policies, and presented regular sales performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,769.63 per month
