Intraday options research & advisory desk (SEBI RA registration in progress), building subscription-based research products for Indian derivatives traders.
Role: Own client acquisition end-to-end — lead sourcing, pitch, close, renewal, and eventually hire/train a telecalling team under you.
Responsibilities
• Build and run the sales funnel from scratch (CRM, scripts, tracking)
• Convert leads into paid subscribers for research/advisory plans
• Report weekly conversion numbers, pipeline health
• Ensure all pitches stay within SEBI RA compliance (subscription selling only, zero stock tips/advice from sales)
• Hire, train, and manage junior sales team once volume justifies it
Requirements
• 3–5+ yrs sales experience in financial services, subscription/SaaS, insurance, or EdTech
• Proven track record — real numbers, targets vs achieved
• Prior broking/research firm experience preferred (Angel One, 5paisa, Motilal Oswal, Research & Ranking, StockEdge)
• Strong English + Hindi communication
Compensation
• Fixed: Upto ₹5 LPA
• Commission: 15–25% of revenue generated, uncapped
• Growth path to Sales Manager as team scales
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
