JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking Sales Executives to join our team!

Location: Kolkata

Compensation: Commission-based uncapped

Schedule: Monday-Friday (10-6pm); Flexible and subject to change.

Your responsibilities will be to canvas residential neighbourhoods and digital online communities that will be assigned to you and set your own appointments. Possible advancement to management based on performance.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Hindi and English

2. Sales Experience (preferred, not required)

3. Customer service

4. Must be self-driven highly motivated

5. Decision-making, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills

6. Motivated and energetic individual

7. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

8. Must have cell phone with data and internet

Responsibilities:

• The sales executives needs to visits colleges and universities and get meetings fixed with the placement cells.

• Sources and develops self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers

• Develops effective self-generation sales strategies

• Attends required trainings, and follow Imperial Technologies and contracted suppliers processes

Maintains current knowledge of the latest supplier and industry developments by attending sales meetings, sales events, trainings, and industry events
