We are looking for an enterprising person to grow and advance with us—an energetic team player and headstrong Digital Marketing Sales Representative that can tackle the market and exceed the goals of a diverse client base!
Roles Requirements:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the digital marketing domain.
• Identify potential clients through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Present and demonstrate our digital marketing solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value they can bring.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to develop compelling sales materials and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing techniques.
• Actively engage with prospects and clients on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
• Attend industry conferences, events, and networking sessions to expand professional networks and promote company offerings.
Required Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to build connections and engage with prospects.
• Ability to understand client requirements and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their needs.
• Good understanding of business and sales principles, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of computer science and technology-related concepts is preferred.
Education and Experience:
• A college/university degree with a major in business, sales and marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields. A degree in computer science is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry, is an added advantage.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Salary: The salary range for this position is Rs 8,000 to Rs 20,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Note: We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Kolkata or are willing to relocate.
