Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 5 LPA, depending on experience and performance. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and closing transactions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and referred clients, understanding their budget and requirements, recommending suitable real estate options, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, developers, and brokers to gather updated inventory details, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure smooth documentation. The Sales Executive will also follow up with potential buyers, achieve monthly sales targets, provide post-sales support, and share market feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and clear verbal communication.
• Proven aptitude for negotiation, objection handling, and closing high-value deals in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to understand and explain property features, pricing structures, and financial implications in simple terms.
• Comfort with using CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools for lead tracking and reporting.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or B2C sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak customer hours, with weekly offs scheduled accordingly.
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages is a plus.
