Position: Business Development Manager

Industry: Bathroom Fittings Tiles Dealership

Location: Should have a Car or Bike

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting relationships within the construction and interior design ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to present and promote our range of bathroom fittings and tiles.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and offer tailored product solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Prepare and maintain reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules using Microsoft Office tools.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently on the field.
