Sales Executive – Gold & Diamond Jewellery

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales preferred
Candidates with diamond jewellery sales experience will be given preference
Experience in luxury retail or branded jewellery showrooms is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Explain diamond quality, certification, pricing, and jewellery features.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Promote diamond jewellery and premium collections.
Handle billing support, stock coordination, and showroom display.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and showroom discipline.
Required Skills

Excellent communication and selling skills
Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability
Positive attitude with a target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of diamond jewellery and the 4Cs is preferred.
Well-groomed and professional personality.
