IJNM currently hiring for One of India’s leading Insurance company in Bank Channel (Bancassurance)as Sales Development Manager – Bancassurance Jobs nearby Gangtok, kindly refer below description before apply and setup an interview.
Post: Sales Development Manager / Sr. SDM
Channel: Bancassurance Channel – Life Insurance (Bank Channel)
Location: Gangtok, Sikkim
Salary: 17500 – 45000 per month depending upon your current work experience.
Required Cafeterias For Bancassurance Jobs in Gangtok:
• Firstly, Should have minimum 7-8 month of any sales or marketing work experience (No exception).
• Age should be between 20 – 35 years
• Required own transportation Vehicle.
• If you are located in Gangtok city/area, you are the first choice of ours.
• Lastly, should have very good communication skill as for this job you need to work on lead conversation.
Work Responsibilities for Bancassurance Jobs in Gangtok:
Aa a Sales Developer Manager your primary responsibility is to create relation with bank staff for getting leads for the company. He/she is responsible for coordinating with HNI leads and convert them into the sales as per the targets.
• Firstly, this is 100% lead based job where you ll receive lead from bank staff and need to convert them into the business.
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager at Gangtok & staffs to gain leads
• Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
• Increasing bank’s customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch’s customer base.
• Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
• Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards
