Job Summary:
India Book of Records is seeking a dynamic and well-organised Sales cum Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with record aspirants, converting leads into clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services, and managing end-to-end coordination for record-related events and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Client Engagement:
• Contact incoming leads via phone and email to convert them into customers.
• Explain record-setting services clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Promote additional services through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Operations Service Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (verification, design, dispatch) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Assist in the preparation of documents such as record guidelines, approval emails, press releases, and certificates.
• Manage and update client information and service records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Coordinate logistics for events such as live record attempts, school/institution tie-ups, and field activities.
Reporting Process Support:
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports for both sales and service delivery.
• Share performance updates and client feedback with management.
• Actively contribute to process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
Qualifications Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, Communications).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or operational roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Strong command of MS Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Highly organised, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach
