Overview
The Staybridge Suites by IHG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients.

Duties

Assist the hotel team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales documentation.
Support regional sales efforts by tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with potential clients.
Utilize hotel and sales systems to manage customer data, track sales progress, and generate reports for analysis.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements while adhering to company policies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience

Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position is preferred.
Familiarity with retail sales, B2B sales processes, or technology sales is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
A background in outside sales or customer service will be advantageous.
