Job Description:
• Posting Sales Order and Service call entry in SAP
• responsible for dispatching the materials
• Fully accountable for payment collection of high end - With contract - follow up calls and emails with parties for payment follow up of AMC, Consumables, Instruments in private sector
• Expense check of service engineer and maintaining its database.
• CRM - All data entries of sale of instruments, consumables, spare, AMCs in CRM - quotations, etc
• Collecting Advance Payment for consumables AMC (without contract) and follow up with customers who have not ordered since long.
• Support the Manager – Sales Support in preparing of AMC calendar of high-end products and maintain and monitor the AMC calendar on regular basis and follow up with respective service lead for AMC renewal services
• Spare Management - Tracking of spares (faulty and fresh) of High-end Products
• Handle all activities of demo
• Coordinate with Consumer for service issues, pricing and other queries.
• MIS support to Management decision
Job Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad
Qualification:
Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as sales coordinator required.
