Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

About Veekay Timber & Allied Products
Veekay Timber & Allied Products is an established Kolkata-based manufacturer and supplier of Wooden Door Frames and Flush Door Shutters, serving builders, developers, contractors and the construction industry.
We are strengthening our sales organisation and are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator who can become the backbone of our project-sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the daily activities of the Business Development and Field Sales team
* Maintain daily sales and client follow-up records
* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
* Follow up with builders, developers, contractors and other clients
* Maintain CRM / Google Sheets / Excel records
* Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order status
* Ensure no important lead or follow-up is missed
* Coordinate with field sales executives regarding client requirements
* Coordinate with the production / dispatch team wherever required
* Assist in preparing product presentations, catalogues and sales materials
* Coordinate with the creative team for product creatives and marketing material
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
* Track projects and maintain updated project information
* Maintain proper documentation of client communication and follow-ups
Candidate Requirements
* Graduate preferred
* 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer coordination, inside sales or project sales
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and digital communication tools
* Good follow-up and coordination skills
* Experience with CRM will be an advantage
* Knowledge of Canva / basic creative tools will be an advantage
* Real estate, construction or building-material industry experience will be preferred
* Good English communication is important
* Should be energetic, organised and proactive

The right candidate will be expected to track leads, chase follow-ups, coordinate salespeople, communicate with clients and make sure opportunities do not get lost.
