Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and support outside sales efforts by coordinating client meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management activities
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and account management
Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies to increase market share in assigned territories
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase solutions tailored to their needs
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive B2B sales
Support inside sales initiatives by handling inbound inquiries, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform territory management decisions
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment
Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and lead tracking
Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or marketing outreach
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
Experience in product demonstrations and technical sales is highly desirable
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning
Prior experience in retail or technology sales is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.64 - $30.88 per hour
