As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development professional who can drive market expansion and build strong customer relationships.

🔹 Role: Sales Representative / Business Development

🔹 Experience: 5+ years (Technical preferred)

🔹 Location: Kolkata

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and expand market presence

• Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships

• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals

• Deliver consistent revenue growth and achieve targets

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in B2B sales / trading environment

• Strong communication, negotiation & commercial skills

• Industry exposure preferred (Rubber / Adhesives / Packaging / Paint)

• Self-driven, execution-focused mindset
