We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and ambitious Barback to join our dynamic bar team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality, eager to learn, and looking to develop their career into a Bartender role and, ultimately, future bar leadership positions.

About the Role:
As a Barback, you will be the backbone of the bar operation—supporting the bartenders, maintaining a smooth workflow, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and service-ready. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, service‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Support bartenders during service by restocking, preparing garnishes, setting up stations, and organising the bar area
Assist with deliveries
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout the bar
Refill ice, glassware, spirits, and mixers
Assist with basic prep tasks (juices, syrups, garnishes, etc.)
Help with opening and closing duties
Deliver excellent customer service when required

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Enthusiasm and a desire to grow
