Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate – Digital Marketing to join our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site, night shift role (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) focused on engaging with prospective clients, presenting digital marketing solutions, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client outreach to proposal presentation and deal closure—while working closely with our marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Present KMG Digitech's digital marketing solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing strategies.
Conduct online and in-person product/service presentations.
Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate the sales process until closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
Customer-focused with a proactive and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, BPO, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
