Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct property site visits for customers.
Present residential and commercial projects to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Negotiate pricing and finalize property transactions.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Maintain customer records and update CRM with daily activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
