Position Overview:
The Reception and Sales Support position plays an essential part in ensuring a welcoming store experience and smooth daily operations. This role can be a great starting point for someone looking to build a long-term career in retail sales.
Job Description
Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Process transactions, including writing up sales and handling payments.
Support the sales team by looking up pricing and product information.
Maintain sample areas, ensuring products and displays are clean and organized.
Assist with pricing and tagging of product
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using email and online messaging to interact with customers.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Physically able to lift and move small to medium-sized furniture and accessory items.
Availability to work Saturdays.
