About the Role

Join the Blue Illusion team as a Part-Time Sales Assistant and become an integral part of our vibrant Norwood boutique ! With approximately 33 hours per fortnight , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our store's success. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to create unforgettable customer experiences while engaging in daily store operations. Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Process deliveries and maintain a well-organised stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely processing of online orders while delivering outstanding customer service.
Visual Merchandising: Collaborate to create an inviting and stylish in-store environment that reflects our brand's identity.
Customer Engagement: Connect with shoppers, offering personalised product recommendations and insights.
Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
