Madihah Home is looking for a dynamic and client-focused, Client Servicing & Sales Executive to drive sales across luxury gifting, wedding invitations, bespoke hampers, corporate gifting, and celebratory experiences. Incentive on every sale made.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage sales inquiries across retail, wedding, and corporate segments
Conduct client consultations and understand gifting requirements
Present product collections and customised solutions to clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client servicing and negotiation abilities
Passion for luxury, gifting, and relationship management
Proactive and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
