Sales Executive
Generate new leads through search engines, referrals, market visits and convert them into business opportunities and orders.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct 8-10 customer visits in a week , introducing the product to customers, convince them to conduct trials, and subsequently convert trials into sales.
Follow up on inquiries, sampling, approvals, trials, and commercial conversions
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure strong customer relationships.
Update all customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in daily reports .
Monitor market trends and intelligence .
Skills
Good inter personnel skill & problem solving skill.
Able to handle tough situations independently.
Ability to manage stress, time and people effectively.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline ( , , Diploma , B.Tech or equivalent discipline.
2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B/industrial/manufacturing sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle
Basic proficiency in google sheets
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
