Reports to: Sales Head Job Summary: The Institutional Sales Manager - Diagnostics will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key institutional accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, government institutions, and corporate healthcare providers. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in institutional sales for diagnostic products and services. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and laboratory heads. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Tender & Contract Management: Participate in tenders, manage negotiations, and secure long-term contracts with institutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product management to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Work towards revenue generation from current client network and onboarding new clients by expanding our target market. Concerned manager will also be responsible to meet the set targets and work towards marketing goals as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Focus on revenue generation by onboarding new clients.
• Maximizing revenue by utilizing existing client network.
• Generate database for prospective clients focusing on market expansion.
• Generate and close leads via cold calling.
• On-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
• Collaborating with vendors and external stake holders to expand sources of revenue generation.
• Supports the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy.
• Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.
Qualifications
• Education – Any Graduate/Post Graduate
