Reporting to: Marketing Head
Desired Work Level: G05 / G-06
Location: Hyderabad
Position Description:
As a Product executive/Assistant Product Manager, the incumbent will work closely with the Sales team and Product Managers to learn the ins and outs of the products, market positioning, and customer segments. The incumbent will be exposed to various aspects of product management, from market research and product development to sales support and customer interaction. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in product management within a sales-driven environment.
Education Degree:
Bachelor's degree in Business with specialization in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• Internships or coursework related to sales, marketing, or product management are a plus.
Job responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of product features and offerings.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including manuals, brochures, and sales collateral.
• Provide product training and support to the Sales team, helping them effectively communicate product value to customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Participate in product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to drive product improvements.
• Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets by providing product-related assistance.
• Attend internal and external meetings and training sessions to develop product expertise.
Key Performance Indicators:
• PCPM Increase in identified brands
• Successful conduct of product launches/promotional campaigns/medical camps/CMEs with attendance of targeted audience
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good product knowledge in their therapeutic areas
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and market research.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
