Job Description
• Supporting the sales team with daily queries and answer them
• Supporting the distributors with their queries and answer them
• Gather all the necessary documents monthly from the sales team and the distributors like claims, forecasts, expenses
• Receiving and processing purchase orders
• Issuing sales transaction invoices
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries, obtain missing information and push the sales
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Expediting orders through internal liaison
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
• Receive calls from new customers/prospects and forward to respective manager or note down the queries
