About the role
Join the sales team at PLY SUPPLY as a full-time Sales Representative based in O'Connor, WA. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for the company.
What you'll be doing
Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prospect for new customers and develop relationships to secure new business
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery
Accurately forecast sales and pipeline, and report on key performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote the company
What we're looking for
Well establish in Western Australia market
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Timber sales industry and trade or industry sales
Willing to learn new products and understand existing products.
Self starter, Self motivation, independent working and teamwork.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong time management Skill.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
