Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robotics AI STEM Trainer role based in Jaipur with a stipend of 10,000 INR. The trainer will conduct classroom and lab sessions on robotics, AI concepts, and related STEM topics, using practical projects and demonstrations. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining training equipment, guiding students through hands-on activities, and troubleshooting basic technical issues during sessions. The role involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting project-based learning, including robotics and drone applications. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to improve teaching materials and may participate in workshops, events, and outreach programs to promote STEM education.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Robotics and practical experience working with educational or industrial robots.
• Hands-on skills in Robotic Welding and related robotics applications, with the ability to demonstrate safe practices.
• Ability in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of robotic systems and training equipment.
• Experience handling different types of robots, including setup, operation, and basic programming, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Interest or experience in STEM, AI, and IoT education, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Good communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple training batches or workshops as needed.
