Job Description
Trade Marketing & Planning
Own and drive the trade marketing calendar and go-to-market process
Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial priorities
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, footfall and sales across retail and wholesale channels
Support membership acquisition activity across in-store and online channels
Campaign Execution & Communication
Execute in-store and digital campaigns including promotions, POS, signage and activations
Develop clear, detailed briefs for design and creative teams
Coordinate campaign rollout across the Ozmosis store network
Communicate campaign activity, timelines and assets to key stakeholders
Partnerships & Third-Party Marketing
Build strong relationships with external brands and partners
Negotiate marketing opportunities to maximise ROI across campaigns
Coordinate co-op marketing initiatives across retail and digital environments
Manage communication with shopping centres for promotional activity
Budget & Operational Management
Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget
Process invoices and maintain accurate budget tracking
Continuously look for ways to optimise spend and improve return on investment
What you’ll bring
Experience in trade marketing, ideally within retail or a multi-channel environment
Strong understanding of retail and digital customer journeys
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive, commercially minded and consumer-first approach
Nice to have:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
