· Valid Prosci Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

· Valid ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

· 10 years' experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example must be from an acute care environment.

· 5 years' experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.

· 3 years' experience in a project management or project lead role developing project scope, project plans, and maintaining a project schedule. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

· 1 year of experience mapping and analyzing processes for healthcare service delivery in an ITIL environment including performance metrics. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.

· 5 years' experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.

· 3 years' experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of solutions in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
