Job Description
We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in St Ives, NSW!

A day in the life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
