About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Chadstone location.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and creating an engaging, enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong retail management background who is passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
Drive store sales and ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded through effective team management and operational excellence
Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management in line with brand guidelines
Foster a positive store culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth within your team
Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, stocktakes, and visual merchandising
Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring product knowledge and customer service skills are continuously improved
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store
