Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong data analysis and statistics skills, including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and basic statistical methods.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib).
• Candidates should possess experience in designing training content, creating structured lesson plans, and delivering instructor-led sessions or workshops.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess strong mentoring and coaching abilities, including providing constructive feedback, guiding projects, and supporting learners’ career readiness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline is preferred.
• Prior industry experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role, and exposure to real-world projects and dashboards, will be highly beneficial.
