Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Retail Salesperson will greet customers, understand their lighting needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Responsibilities include explaining product features, demonstrating lighting options, assisting with purchases and billing, and maintaining organized, visually appealing displays. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, keeping track of stock on the sales floor, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet individual and store-level goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage customers and build positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge related to lighting or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on the product range.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with billing systems or POS tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
