• Take responsibility to develop a channel/agent in the local market/ shops/ outlets.
• Manage the Distribution Channel Sales, visiting Retails Counters to ensure product visibility, Product availability Market analysis monitor competitor activities.
• Generate leads by visiting local shops/outlets and pitch for empanelment.
• Manage, Identify Appoint the FMCG Distribution channel, expand the Retail coverage, ensure product visibility, stock replenishment at Retail meeting primary secondary sales target, The post reports to Respective Officer/ Manager.

• Skills Required
• Graduation of any discipline.
• Must have experience of around to work in local market with consistent performance track record sound academic background will be preferred.
• Must have New product Lunching experience and Distribution channel developed experience .
• Experience of around 2 to 4 years in FMCG Sales/ Marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in Namkeen / bakery/ spice industry. Exposure to MAHARASTRA mandatory.
• Must have handled minimum 3-4 districts of MAHARASTRA , during his professional career.
• Excellent communication skills, with good proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Regional Language as well as Hindi.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Excellent Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Outlook. Should be capable of carrying out research and acquiring relevant data for any Market Research activity.
• Should not be habitual alcoholic, smoker, chewer of tobacco.
• Physical fitness is essential i.e., the candidate should not have BP, Diabetes, any chronic heart ailment or knee related problems in last 5 years.
• Should possess exceptional network that can be used in appointing new Super Stockists, Distributors, etc. in Assign territory.
• Should be willing to constantly learn and at the same time be happy to share his knowledge with others.
• Candidate must have in depth knowledge of local market to sale FMCG or Food Processing products and can easily identity potential local retailers and distributors.
• Candidate must be conceptually sound regarding Primary Sales Secondary Sales.
• Responsibilities
• Should be capable of Multi-tasking and dealing with challenges. Should be capable of coming up with multiple solutions for the same problem with pros and cons with each solution, thus enabling the seniors to quickly arrive at a decision.
• Must be a go getter and self-motivated, with willingness to take full ownership and drive the performance of his designated area of responsibility.
• Should have an eye for detail and be thorough in all his works.
• Should be capable of setting time-based goals for himself and be able to achieve them.
• Should participate wholeheartedly in documentation which may seem excessive, as SOP is under implementation and many processes are being streamlined.
• Should be a part of the change management.
• Must maintain a healthy, trusting, respectful and warm environment with all other departments so that the organizational objectives are achieved in a harmonious, peaceful, effective and efficient manner.
• Need to work like a partner to the company, placing the interest of the company above the interest of the department or himself to accept and work with restrictions, yet achieve the expected deliverable.
• Must have the exposure towards Damage Handling, Collection Handling, Payment recovery from Market.
• Should have an apt for extensive travel as the job requires travelling field work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
