Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Experience Management: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that all items are stocked and organized.
• Training and Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for new staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to effectively assist guests.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to manage difficult situations gracefully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
