Job Title: Fashion Designer Intern – Women’s Wear (Sustainable Fashion)
Location: New Delhi, On-site
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: 5k- 8k
Start Date: 07/07/2025

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Designer Intern passionate about high-fashion women’s wear and eco-conscious design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to explore designing elegant silhouettes with organic cotton and sustainable materials.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing women’s wear collections aligned with brand aesthetics (mystical, elegant, and nature-inspired).
Support development of design mood boards, fabric concepts, and color palettes.
Create flat sketches, illustrations, and basic tech packs.
Research trends in sustainable fashion and apply them to new designs.
Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and embroiderers for sampling and final production.
Help in fittings, styling, and shoot planning.
Organize design archives and fabric swatches.
Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design (preferably with a women’s wear or sustainable fashion focus).
Creative eye for elegant and feminine silhouettes.
Understanding of eco-friendly fabrics, slow fashion principles, and ethical production.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Ability to sketch by hand or digitally.
Strong sense of color, texture, and detailing (especially embroidery and drapes).
Good communication and time management skills.
Machine handling and operations.
