Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager

At Fresh Chulo, we are passionate about sharing the rich culinary heritage of Nepal and India with our guests. Our journey began with a vision to create a warm and welcoming space where people can savour the authentic flavours of the region. With a team of skilled chefs, we carefully craft each dish to showcase the traditional recipes passed down through generations.
We are currently actively looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Glandore team in a full time role working 38 hours a week.
Duties/Responsibilities include:
Organising and planning special events and functions
Collaborating with chefs to develop menus
Managing the procurement and pricing of supplies while adhering to budget constraints
Keeping accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensuring dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet health regulations
Interacting with customers to gather feedback on food and service quality
Hiring, training, and overseeing kitchen and waiting staff
Assisting with reservations, welcoming guests, and occasionally taking orders
Applicants must hold a AQF associate degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent, as well as have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.

A salary between $74,000 - $76,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
