Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Assistant at Natania by Deepika Rathi, located in Pune. The Fashion Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including assisting in customer service, helping manage inventory, supporting sales activities, and maintaining organization within the store. Additionally, the Fashion Assistant will ensure that customers receive high-quality service and support, and may assist with fashion-related advice and consultations.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills and ability to maintain store inventory
• Sales experience and proficiency in assisting sales activities
• Passion for Fashion and good understanding of current fashion trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a retail or fashion-related role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field is desirable. Read more
